Elaine Hepburn has been with the Office of the Auditor General of British Columbia since 2010. As the director of executive accountabilites and a member of the executive leadership team, she provides direct and confidential high-level support and guidance to the Auditor General.
Prior to joining the office, Elaine spent the better part of three decades working with both private and public sector executives at Trans Mountain Corporation, BC Sugar, Fortis, Thrifty Foods and BC Ferries.
It is this diverse background that has allowed her to thrive in our fast-paced, collaborative workplace.
Elaine has a passion for people and proudly serves as the office’s long-standing in-house Insights Discovery Practitioner. She enjoys putting her skills to work to help colleagues increase their self-awareness, build better relationships and reach their full potential.
