Tracy Houser joined the Office of the Auditor General in September 2019, and leads a team that supports workforce planning, culture and engagement, learning and leadership development, and building change capacity within the office.
Her MFA degree is complemented by additional certifications including executive coaching (Royal Roads University) and change management (Prosci Canada). She is also Dare to Lead-trained (Brené Brown), a certified mentor artist (University of Toronto, Royal Conservatory of Music), and has completed coursework in systemic team coaching (Peter Hawkins, UK), and organizational design (Queen’s University). She is certified in several assessment tools including leadership circle, strength deployment inventory and Resilience@Work.
Tracy brings more than 20 years of leadership and management experience in leading diverse teams through human resource management, organizational development, employee engagement, leadership development, change management, project management, succession planning and strategic communications.
She strives to leverage her private, non-profit and public sector experience for effective strategic human resources practices that support organizational results.
Her soul is refreshed with long walks on the beach, her hands in the dirt, theme parties with friends and the love of her family.
