Manager, Learning and Organization Development

The person in this role is responsible for leading HR projects, organization-wide programs, engagement initiatives, learning and leadership development programs, change management, and HR data analytics. 

This position also provides human resource advice to supervisors, managers and employees regarding employee relations, performance management, development, and retention.
